Set aside quiet time with Christ this fall as Deb Bauer, Consecrated Woman of Regnum Christi (CRC) leads women through a silent retreat.  Fr. Jerek Scherber, LC will be available to celebrate Mass and provide Spiritual Direction and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Who is Deb Bauer? 

A consecrated woman of Regnum Christi for 18 years, Deb Bauer, is originally from Wisconsin and has been involved in Catholic education and youth ministry activities for over 25 years. Her love for evangelization and bringing the young and the old to know Christ is her passion and desire.

Deb holds her Ph.D. in Education from Capella University, her MA in Theology and Christian Ministry, with a specialization in Catechetics, from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, and her BS in School Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Her dissertation focused on Catholic identity in the Catholic school system: how principals uphold a Catholic identity in their schools.

Deb served as a spiritual guide and part of the formation team of the women’s Regnum Christi section in Atlanta, she also served on the Pinecrest Academy School Board.  Previously, Deb was the President of Mater Ecclesiae College, the college that educated and assisted in the discernment of the consecrated women of Regnum Christi. Deb also served at the college as Director of Institutional Advancement and a professor of Theology and Catechetics. Deb served on the Diocese of Providence Evangelization Committee and had been involved in student pastoral work at the college. She has also been a spiritual guide of consecrated women, and married and single women.
