Many highlights of spirituality were experienced at Advent retreat, Sat. Nov. 30, given by Father Jerek Scherber, LC and hosted by St. Michael’s Parish, Oakville together with the Brampton Ladies’ Team. The day was full with powerful and inspiring meditations by Father Jerek, Mass, Confession, Adoration, prayer, reflection and communion, all marked with the finale to Christ the King week and “sundown” on Ordinary Time, on the eve of Advent, and at the beginning a New Liturgical Year!
